Important Red Rocks Reservation Information
6-Hour Minimum
Red Rocks concert transportation requires a 6-hour minimum reservation.
Your six-hour reservation begins at your scheduled pickup time.
If the concert ends before your reservation period is complete, you do not have to remain at the venue until the six hours are over. Your chauffeur can return you whenever you're ready to leave; the six-hour minimum charge still applies.
Additional time beyond the reserved period is billed according to your reservation terms.

Pickup & Transportation to Red Rocks
Your hourly reservation begins at your scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur will pick you up from your designated location and provide private transportation to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Planned stops, such as dinner before the concert, can be accommodated within your reserved time.
Drop-Off at Upper North Lot
Upon arrival at Red Rocks, your chauffeur will take you to the Upper North Lot, subject to venue access, traffic control, and instructions from Red Rocks staff. This provides convenient access to the amphitheatre before the show.
Your Chauffeur Stays During the Concert
Unlike a standard drop-off service, your chauffeur and vehicle remain at Red Rocks throughout the concert. You won't need to request another vehicle or search for transportation when the show ends.
After-Concert Pickup
Your chauffeur will meet you at the Upper North Lot for your return trip. Because vehicle access and traffic patterns can change during concerts, your chauffeur will stay in communication with you and provide pickup instructions if venue staff require a different meeting point.
Ready to Leave Early?
You are not required to stay until the end of your six-hour reservation. If you're ready to leave before the concert ends, contact your chauffeur and your return trip can begin. The 6-hour minimum charge still applies.

1. How far in advance should I book my ride to Red Rocks?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance, especially for weekend concerts or big-name performers. Last-minute rides may be available, but early reservations guarantee availability.
2. Do you wait at the venue during the concert?
Yes. Our chauffeur will stay on-site during the entire event and be ready to pick you up immediately after the concert ends. No waiting for rideshare or hunting in the dark parking lots.
3. Can I bring alcohol or drinks in the vehicle?
Yes, you may bring beverages in the vehicle. For safety and legality, all passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Glass containers are not recommended.
4. Is this a private car or a shared shuttle?
Our Red Rocks service is always private and exclusive. You’ll never share a ride with strangers — enjoy the trip with just your group.
5. How much time is included with the hourly service?
Hourly packages typically include pickup, wait time, and return. For Red Rocks, groups book 6–8 hours to allow for traffic, tailgating, and the full concert experience.
6. Where will the driver pick us up after the concert?
Your chauffeur will coordinate a designated pickup location before drop-off. Most pickups happen in the Upper North Lot areas for quicker access.
7. Can I choose a sedan or SUV?
Yes — you can choose between a sedan or a luxury SUV depending on your group size and preferences.
8. How many people can your vehicles hold?
Our sedans seat up to 3 passengers comfortably, while our SUVs seat up to 6 passengers with room for coolers and chairs.
9. Do you service areas outside Denver?
Absolutely. We offer Red Rocks transportation from Denver, Aurora, Littleton, DTC, and more. Just provide your pickup address when booking.
10. What happens if the concert is delayed or runs late?
No problem. Your chauffeur tracks the event and stays on-site the entire time — we’ll wait until you’re safely back in the vehicle, no matter what time the concert ends.
